Last week Nuance released version 5.1 of eCopy™ ShareScan®. Currently all our connectors are in QA to verify functionality and expected behaviour under this new version of ShareScan.
We have identified an installation issue that has been fixed in all our connectors. Updated connectors, fully tested and compatible with ShareScan version 5.1 will be released before the end of January.
